Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed to provide direct therapy and conduct evaluations for students in grades K-12. This contract position spans the school year, from December 1, 2025, through May 21, 2026, and is based onsite in Grady, NM.
Responsibilities include delivering direct occupational therapy services tailored to each students needs, performing thorough evaluations, and collaborating with school staff to develop individualized plans. Caseload assignments will be determined based on your experience and preferences, ensuring a balanced and supportive workload.
Qualifications:
- Active COTA certification/license in New Mexico is required
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
Location:
- Full-time, onsite role in Grady, NM
- Contract duration corresponds to the 2025-2026 school year calendar
- 37.5 hours per week
